Commercial Roofing
TPO
(Thermoplastic Polyolefin) is a bright white roofing membrane that is used in commercial buildings, known for its durability and energy efficiency. TPO itself doesn’t carry a very high R value, so it’s always paired with an insulation board to achieve proper cooling, and the bright white color of the tpo reflects light better than all other roofing materials. TPO roofs are a cost-effective and long-lasting option for most flat or low-slope roofs, lasting 20-30 years in most instances. We offer mechanically fastened, fully adhered, and ballasted TPO roofs.
Metal Roofing
Metal roofing is arguably the most durable, energy-efficient, and by far the longest lasting of all roofing materials. There are two types of metal roofs, corrugated and standing seam, which have drastically different costs associated with them, along with advantages to each. They come in various styles and colors and are tough enough to withstand harsh weather conditions. Metal roofs can even be covered in reflective paint for reduced heat absorption and cooling costs. While they may cost more initially, they are a smart investment as they offer incredible protection with little to no maintenance required. We offer both corrugated and standing seam options in steel, aluminum, and copper. Standing seam roofs are superior, topping the charts with a whopping 50-75+ year lifespan, and 30-35 years for the average corrugated metal roof.
Asphalt Shingles
Asphalt shingles are one of the most popular, cost-effective roofing materials used in the industry today. These shingles are made of a fiberglass or organic mat, which is then coated with asphalt and covered with small granules to add durability and weather resistance to the shingle. They come in a variety of colors and styles, making them a versatile and fashionable option for any property. In addition to being aesthetically pleasing, asphalt shingles are also known for being relatively affordable and easy to install. Most asphalt roofing products are rated for 25 years.
EPDM
EPDM rubber (ethylene propylene diene monomer rubber) is a type of synthetic rubber that is used primarily for low sloped commercial roofs of all shapes and sizes. EPDM, exhibits superior resistance to heat, light, and ozone exposure. For this reason they are useful in harsh weather environments such as Colorado. Given the high durability of EPDM, it’s often a superior choice for property owners, as it requires so little maintenance over the course of its life. We offer standard, reinforced, and fleece-backed EPDM. Most EPDM roofing systems will provide protection to the building for 30-35 years on average. EPDM roofs are one of the quickest installations
Built-Up Roof
Known as a BUR (Built-Up Roof) system or a tar and gravel roof, these roofing systems comprise of several layers of insulation, asphalt, and felt, ending with a rock or granule layer on top. BUR systems are designed to provide proper coverage to the roof for 25-30 years and are a great choice for most flat roof and industrial buildings.
Modified Bitumen
Modified bitumen, also known as “mod-bit” roofing is a great choice for cost effective commercial roofs. It is the cheapest option and will provide adequete protection to the property for 15-20 years. It’s blend of asphalt and polymers, provide a durable yet flexible membrane which has a jet black or asphalt-like appearance. It emerged as an improvement over traditional built-up roofing (BUR) systems and is recognized for its stout weather resistance, durability, and ease of installation, making it a go to for most small buildings and warehouses.
Spray Foam Coated
We offer several different types of coated roofing systems. The most popular is Spray Polyurethane Foam (SPF). SPF roofs are seamless, incredibly cost effective, and energy-efficient, leaving nowhere for water to penetrate, while reflecting light, keeping the property temperatures lower. With proper roof maintenance and a periodic recoating, these roofs can last up to 50 years. SPF roofs are typically best suited for properties where the energy costs are a top priority or where there’s a need for cooler building temperatures. SPF roofs boast the highest R-value of any roofing material on the market, and they reduce thermal bridging. SPF roofs are also some of the quickest roofs to install with minimal disruption to your business.
